The company Moresi. com SA (“Company” or “we”) hereby informs you that the handling of your personal data, made through the website (“Website”) or collected through this contact module (“Module”) is done in compliance with the applicable Privacy Regulations (Article 328b CO with reference to the Swiss Data Protection Act hereinafter “DPA” and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – hereafter referred to as the “GDPR” collectively referred to as the “Labor and Data Protection Legislation”)) and the Privacy Policy regarding the use of our Website.

DATA CATEGORIES TO BE PROCESSED
Personal data, both common and sensitive, that you provide by interacting with the Website and using its services and functions are handled: in particular, your first name, last name, native language, contact information (e.g., address, telephone, e-mail), employment information, education and professional qualifications, skills and experience, your curriculum vitae and any additional information you wish to provide us with as well as any additional data that the Data Controller may acquire, including from third parties, in the course of its activities (“Data”).
The legal basis for processing is, where necessary, the execution of pre-contractual measures and your tacit consent by sending us your application. We do not require sensitive data for the application process. If you freely provide us with sensitive data, we will delete it immediately.

Data are processed for the sole purpose of evaluating the applications received and verifying the suitability of the candidate for possible employment or collaboration with the Company, according to the Labor and Data Protection Legislation.
The Data may in any case be processed, even without your consent, to meet Swiss or European laws and regulations, to carry out statistics on the use of the Website and to ensure its proper functioning, and to establish or defend rights in court in the interest of the Data Controller.
The Data are added to the Owner’s information systems in full compliance with the Labor and Data Protection Legislation, including in terms of security and confidentiality and in accordance with the principles of honesty, lawfulness, and transparency of Data processing.
We retain your Data in connection with the application process of rejected candidates for three months after the candidate’s rejection. After this period, we delete all copies or destroy paper copies. If the Company wishes to retain the Data with a view to subsequent positions, we will obtain your consent for a specified period.
In exceptions (e.g., positions that are still open or will be filled soon), we may retain Data for a longer period based on legitimate interests, but no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We retain Data related to the application process of selected candidates (e.g., records of the recruitment process, job description, and application) in the personnel file for ten years after the end of the employment relationship.
