Once again, Moresi.com is the first company in Ticino to achieve this level of specialization: a result achieved thanks to the references with customers such as Bally, Casale and Mikron, whom Moresi.com supported in particular with regard to the distribution and adoption of Microsoft Teams.
To fully exploit the potential of Modern Workplace platforms based on Microsoft 365, it is essential that organisations can be assisted in analysing and adopting these new tools.
Adoption and Change Management (ACM) encompasses a range of services designed to support customers in the transition to Microsoft 365: from assessing business needs, how these can be aligned with existing technologies, creating a plan to ensure business results are achieved, to implementing change management strategies.
Moresi.com’s approach to the ACM framework is based on three distinct and interlinked phases:
Immagination
This is the moment of analysis and construction of a detailed change management plan. This step is necessary to understand the context of the organisation, define the scope and objectives of the change, identify the actors involved – giving priority to those groups capable of promoting the change itself – and establish the new behaviours necessary to achieve the business results that the client wants.
Integration
Once the adoption project has been defined, the plans and activities needed to implement the change are put in place. Microsoft 365 is first made available to selected users, who will be the first to make the transition. The various parts of the company then start to communicate, managers involve their workforce, and training is set up to help people adopt the new working models.
Value Generation
The last phase involves measuring the business results that were defined and implementing any corrective actions with respect to the initial plans. In this sense, it is essential to collect feedback from all employees involved in the change process, to identify corrections that may be needed in the adoption approach, and to outline future strategies.
