Empowering every employee for the new digital age and enabling people to feel truly connected, supported and able to bring their best to work: these are the aims of the new platform launched by Microsoft.
Microsoft Viva is based on Teams and Microsoft 365 and encompasses, in a unified platform,the four key areas of employee experience: engagement, well-being, learning and know-how.
Viva Connections, provides personalised access to the digital workplace, where employees can find internal communications and corporate resources and participate in communities such as employee resource groups.

Viva Insights, offers employees, managers and leaders personalised and actionable insights that contribute to the growth of people within organisations. Personal experiences and insights, visible only to the employee, help people to set aside time for breaks, concentration and learning, as well as strengthen relationships with their colleagues.

Viva Learning, makes training and professional development opportunities more accessible in the workflow. This functionality aggregates all learning resources available to a company in one place. From traditional learning courses to micro-learning content, users can discover, share, assign and monitor a wide variety of training as a natural part of the working day.

Viva Topics, allows you to gain new insights and helps people reach experts across the organisation. Viva Topics automatically displays topic tabs within Microsoft 365 and Teams conversations and documents. Clicking on a tab opens a page containing documents related to the topic, conversations, videos and people.
